4. Is there a fee for using this service?
Rocket Auto charges a $500 brokerage service fee to cover costs associated with us doing the following on your behalf:

6. Can I refinance my existing auto loan through Rocket Auto.com?
No, not at this time. Rocket Auto is focused on helping you find a vehicle and working with the dealer on your behalf to make car buying easier.

8. What documentation is required to buy a vehicle?
When purchasing a vehicle, you should be prepared to provide the following documents:
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance
- Proof of residence
- Proof of income
- Preferred method of payment
9. Do I need to have insurance when I buy a vehicle?
Yes. You must provide proof of insurance at the time of purchase. You have two options:
1) Provide proof of existing insurance coverage, or
2) Provide a VIN-specific binder.
NOTE: A binder is a temporary form of insurance that allows you to drive legally while your normal insurance policy is still being processed.
